About Our Law Firm

Our family-owned firm was founded in 1910 by Carl H. Davis. In 1955, Robert L. Davis, Carl's son, joined his father's law practice.

When Carl died in 1961, Robert continued his practice with other attorneys over the years. He was joined by his nephew, FC "Rick" Davis, in 1979, and his son-in-law, Kenneth H. Jack, in 1985. 

Robert's son, Carl B. Davis, joined the practice in 1988, but in 2016, he was appointed as a standing Chapter 13 Bankruptcy trustee and was moved to the Chapter 13 Office in Wichita, Kansas. Robert retired from the practice in the summer of 2008 and passed away in 2014.

For many years, Kenneth Jack Patent Attorney has been engaging in a diverse legal practice characterized by client advocacy, exceptional technical competence, and unquestioned integrity.
